Virtual Panel Career Event

February 23, 2021 By MFE Assistant

This virtual panel event is a unique opportunity for students, recent graduates and young professionals to learn more and benefit from experienced professionals’ advice regarding the challenges that await them in the job market. Professionals from diverse sectors in economics, social sciences, and administration will engage in an organized bilingual discussion on career and professional development.

This event is held in partnership with the Association des économistes québécois (ASDEQ) and the Ottawa Economics Association (OEA).

The ASDEQ is a non-profit professional association aiming to respond to the needs and interests of economists active in a wide range of branches in Québec. The Association’s mandate is to develop and disseminate economic knowledge, contribute to public debates, and promote the role of the economist in the society. It is considered as being a credible and impartial voice in economic debates.

The OEA is the local Ottawa chapter of the Canadian Association for Business Economics (CABE). OEA is a non-profit organization offering a program of speakers, conferences and technical workshops focused on economic policy.

Registration link will be shared via the MFE portal.
