The RBC Leadership Development Program is designed to build future leaders through an accelerated two year period with a focus in one of five streams: CFO Group, Internal Audit, Group Risk Management, Enterprise and Personal & Commercial Banking.
The RBC Leadership Development Program (LDP) will be hosting its annual “Celebrating Women in Leadership” event on Thursday May 12, 2022. You will hear from Senior Women Leaders at RBC about their career journeys and how RBC continues to develop, empower, and support women within the organization. The event is targeted at women with diverse backgrounds who are about to complete their MBA / Master’s program and are interested in joining the LDP program.
