About our program
HOOPP’s Private Markets Graduate Rotational Program offers new graduates the opportunity to complete two or more rotations over 24 months, with the opportunity to be placed in a permanent role after the completion of the program. During the program, participants will be placed in two or more departments within our Investment Management Division for 8 to 12 months each. The goal of the program is to help participants develop a strong understanding of how each department contributes to the success of our fund and how we deliver on our pension promise.
