The Exposure, Leverage & Liquidity Management (ELLM) team has a broad public markets mandate. The team manages large, global fixed income, equity, and foreign exchange portfolios which it uses to rebalance the total Fund to its desired exposures. The team also has responsibility for the delivery of the overall balance sheet including leverage and liquidity through the trading of physical and synthetic products such as repo and total return swaps. Lastly the team manages the Fund’s multi-currency $100bn term debt issuance platform, one of the largest of its kind.
