BCI’s Infrastructure & Renewable Resources (“I&RR”) team is launching an Early Talent Program for New Graduates, with a start date of Summer 2026 in BCI’s Victoria office. The new two-year program will provide Analysts with comprehensive exposure to institutional investing and a broad understanding of finance through becoming a member of I&RR’s investment team. The Program will provide experience across different types of investing including private markets, public markets, and debt instruments across several infrastructure sectors including renewable power, transport, utilities, digital, agriculture, and timberlands.
Analysts will develop their technical and soft skills through a customized training and development program as well as on the job experience. This program will offer valuable international and cross-functional exposure, including potential travel opportunities for deal execution and portfolio company engagement. Analysts will be paired with a dedicated mentor who will provide coaching and guidance to support your development and have networking opportunities with BCI professionals and industry peers.
