About our program
HOOPP’s Capital Markets Graduate Rotational Program offers new graduates the opportunity to complete three rotations over 24 months with the opportunity to be placed in a permanent role after completion. Participants will develop a strong understanding of how each department contributes to the success of our fund and how we deliver on our pension promise.
