About the speaker: 

Bill Vlaad is a reformed Investment Banker, serving time in corporate development and dabbling as an entrepreneur. He has been fired twice, gone through the process of negotiating severance, dealing with lawyers and the anxiety of looking for new career directions. He has been sold a bill of goods from head-hunters in the past and has had to deal with the dilemma of handing over job search control to recruiting firms.

With all that experience, he has used what he learned as a father of four and with an MBA from a school formerly called Western, to encourage a strong group of people to lead Vlaad and Company into the Best Financial Services Recruitment firm in North America. Vlaad and Company works with a diverse range of clients across Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Capital Markets, Private Equity and Venture Capital, Advisory, Project and Structured Finance, Asset/Wealth Management, and Corporate Development.
